Refund and Cancellation Policy
v1.2_21.10.26Effective and last updated: 21 October 2026
Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial and nothing is charged until it ends. Cancel any time from your account settings; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. EU and UK consumers keep a 14-day right of withdrawal, and we refund duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, unauthorised charges and periods we made substantially unusable.
1. What this policy covers
This policy covers paid Qreate subscriptions bought through our payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and appears on your statement and invoice. It sits alongside the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy and does not reduce any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
Free plans and evaluation access are not covered, because nothing is charged for them. Contact: [email protected].
2. The free trial
Every paid plan starts with a 3-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel at any point before it ends and no payment is taken.
We ask for a payment method when the trial starts so the subscription can continue without interruption if you keep it. The first charge happens on the day the trial ends, at the price shown when you signed up.
3. EU and UK right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to withdraw from it without giving a reason.
Qreate is digital content and a digital service supplied immediately. When you start a paid subscription you are asked to confirm that you want it to begin at once and that you understand this shortens or removes the withdrawal right once supply has begun. Where you have used the Service during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to what you used before withdrawing.
To withdraw, email [email protected] with the address on the account and the date you subscribed. A clear statement is enough; no form is required. We will confirm receipt and refund using the same payment method within 14 days of being informed.
4. Cancelling a subscription
Cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not a request for a refund of the period you are in.
Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the account returns to the free plan. Servers, configuration and history stay in place, subject to the limits of the free plan and to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Nothing is deleted because a subscription ended.
5. Refunds outside the withdrawal period
Outside the withdrawal period, Qreate subscriptions are generally not refunded for time already served, because the Service was available to you throughout it.
We do refund, in full or in part, where:
• You were charged after cancelling, or charged twice for the same period.
• A fault on our side made the Service, or the part of it your plan is bought for, substantially unusable for a meaningful stretch of the paid period, and we could not fix it in reasonable time.
• You were charged on an account you did not authorise. Tell us immediately and we will investigate and refund a confirmed unauthorised charge.
• A renewal was charged and you tell us within 7 days that you did not intend to renew and have not meaningfully used the new period.
We do not refund for a change of mind after the withdrawal period, for not using a plan you kept, for a Discord outage or a Discord policy change outside our control, or for an account suspended or terminated for breaking the Terms of Use.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on the account, or open a ticket in the Qreate Discord at https://discord.gg/qreate. Include the account email, the approximate charge date and what went wrong.
We answer refund requests within 5 working days. That is a promise about our answer, not about when money moves: once we approve a refund, our payment provider carries it out as merchant of record, and larger amounts go through a review on their side before they are released. Refunds at our plan prices are well below the level where that review applies, so in practice this is a step you will not notice.
An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, and our provider sends you a credit note for it. How long it then takes to appear is set by your bank or card issuer, usually 5 to 10 working days.
If we refuse a refund we will say why, in writing. You can ask us to look again, and you keep every right you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, including any national dispute-resolution body and the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform.
7. Price changes and taxes
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. In markets where consumer tax is included in displayed prices, the amount shown already contains it; in markets where tax is added at checkout, it is shown separately before you confirm.
If we change the price of a plan you are on, we will tell you before it takes effect and you can cancel before the new price is charged. A price change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
If you started on a launch or promotional price, that is the price you keep for as long as you keep the plan, and it is the price a refund is worked out from. We refund what was actually charged, never a list price nobody paid.
Currency is set by the country of your billing address. We do not refund differences caused by exchange rates or by fees your own bank charges.
8. Disputes and chargebacks
Please contact us before asking your bank to reverse a charge. A chargeback takes weeks and usually ends where a direct request would have ended in a few days.
While a chargeback is open we may pause the account it relates to. If it is resolved in your favour we take no further action. If it is resolved in ours, the account returns to normal and the amount stays charged.
